Job Summary: Retirement Plan Administrator to carry book of business, providing compliance testing support and serve as primary point of contact for retirement plan customers.  Please see job description attached for more details.
Experience Needed:
Prior A to Z Administration experience Must have strong Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat skills. ASC, Pension Pro and FT William software knowledge a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Retirement Plan Administrator role on site in Metro-Detroit area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Complete annual compliance testing
  • Prepare and file 5500 and other forms.
  • Maintain existing client relationships.
  • Assist clients with plan document updates and amendments.
  • Process retirement plan distributions and loans across various investment platforms.
  • Data analysis, scrubbing and verification.
  • Reconcile plan assets and preparation of annual valuation.
  • Recordkeeper website reporting and navigation
  • Communicate IRS rules and regulations.
